Housing
Cirrus House has an
excellent housing program which is managed within the clubhouse.
Housing opportunities include the Assisted Living Facility.
Independent apartments are located throughout the community. People renting
from Cirrus House are encouraged to be an active, participating
member of the clubhouse treatment plan which will provide
stability.
Transportation
Members may become authorized
drivers who transport members to and from medical appointments,
home, case management, personal shopping and T.E. jobs. Each ride is
billed monthly to the individual if they are not eligible for
financial assistance for transportation services.
Education
Members can receive assistance in
reaching their vocational goals. Members can join ABE classes,
obtain their GED and continue on to college with the support of the
clubhouse.
On
Call
Cirrus House provides a full-time
on call service to help support members outside of the regular
clubhouse hours. It is recommended that members ask for assistance
during the day if possible when the best support is
available.
Meals
Members have access to nutritious
low cost meals served at noon, Monday through Friday, in the Cirrus
House dining room. Members who qualify for financial assistance can
receive some or all of their meals at no cost.
Socials
A wide variety of social events
are offered each month. Special events are celebrated regularly with
parties, picnics and outings and holidays are recognized on the day
they are observed.
Medication
Support
Cirrus House works in conjunction
with Region I to provide medication support for
members. |
